1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your energy storage system to request a return. Due to the high value and specialized nature of LiFePO4 battery products, returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless covered under our specific 10,000-cycle performance warranty.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened professional packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that once a battery unit has been installed or connected to a power system, it is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return due to safety and quality assurance protocols.
3. Non-Quality Related Returns & Restocking Fees
For returns initiated due to reasons other than manufacturing defects (e.g., buyer's remorse, incorrect model selection), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee covers the technical inspection, specialized testing, and repacking required for high-capacity electrical equipment.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
As our products are classified as heavy freight/dangerous goods (Class 9), return shipping can be costly. For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a certified professional freight carrier. ATE ALLTOPELEC will only cover shipping costs if the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
