By accessing the ATE ALLTOPELEC website and purchasing our home energy storage solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Professional Installation Requirement

Our energy storage products (including but not limited to 16.5kWh and 20.48kWh battery units) are professional-grade electrical equipment. You acknowledge and agree that these products must be installed by a certified professional electrician. Any damage, injury, or loss of performance (including failure to reach the rated 10,000-cycle life) resulting from improper self-installation or unauthorized modification is the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Accuracy of Technical Specifications

While we strive to provide 8K high-resolution imagery and precise technical data, ATE ALLTOPELEC reserves the right to modify product parameters, aesthetics, and software features without prior notice to improve system performance and safety. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from website renderings.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ATE ALLTOPELEC, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our energy storage systems. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product under our stated warranty terms.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, the buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. ATE ALLTOPELEC is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities or international freight disruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
