Alltopelec Solar Power respects your privacy and your right to request deletion of personal data related to your interactions with our website, Facebook Page, Messenger conversations, and SEOS sales support system.

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Facebook/Messenger-related data and other personal information that may be stored by Alltopelec Solar Power.

What Data May Be Stored

When you contact Alltopelec Solar Power through Facebook Messenger, our website, WhatsApp, email, phone, or other customer support and sales channels, we may store information needed to respond to your inquiry, provide quotations, and support customer service.

This may include:

  • Your name or profile name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your Facebook Messenger sender ID or Page-scoped ID
  • Messenger conversation data you send to our Facebook Page
  • Lead, contact, quotation, follow-up, and customer support records
  • Product interest, delivery needs, warranty questions, or order-related information you provide
  • Page integration data related to your interaction with our Facebook Page, where applicable

In your email, please include enough information for us to identify your records, such as:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address or phone number
  • Your Facebook profile name, if the request relates to Messenger
  • A short statement that you want your Alltopelec / SEOS data deleted

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive information in your request.

Facebook and Messenger Data

If your request relates to Facebook Messenger, we will review and delete or anonymize data associated with your Messenger inquiry where applicable and where legally permitted.

This may include:

  • Messenger conversation data
  • Lead and contact data
  • Customer inquiry and follow-up records
  • AI reply draft records associated with your conversation
  • Page integration data related to your user interaction, where applicable

AI-generated replies in SEOS are draft-only until reviewed and approved by a human team member. We do not sell or share your Page or Messenger data.

Processing Time

We will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.

Some requests may take longer if we need to verify your identity, locate related records, or comply with legal, accounting, fraud prevention, warranty, dispute resolution, or order fulfillment obligations.

Data We May Need to Keep

In some cases, we may not be able to delete all data immediately. We may need to retain limited information when required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Accounting and tax records
  • Fraud prevention
  • Order fulfillment
  • Warranty or safety obligations
  • Dispute resolution

When full deletion is not possible, we will limit retained data to what is necessary for those purposes.
