The RM-635W N-TOPCon high-efficiency mono N-type bifacial double glass PV module delivers a 610W-635W power range and up to 23.50% module efficiency. Built with N-type TOPCon cells, 132 half-cut cells, bifacial power generation, double glass encapsulation, IP68 junction box, and 1500VDC system compatibility, it is designed for utility-scale solar plants, commercial and industrial rooftops, agrivoltaic projects, fishery-solar systems, and high-yield PV installations.
The RM-635W N-TOPCon high-efficiency mono N-type bifacial double glass PV module is a high-power solar panel designed for advanced photovoltaic systems. It uses N-type TOPCon cell technology to improve power output, low-light response, temperature performance, and long-term operating stability. The bifacial structure captures sunlight from both the front and rear sides, helping increase total energy yield in suitable installation environments.
This 635W solar module features 132 half-cut monocrystalline N-type cells, a 2382 — 1134 — 30mm module size, up to 23.50% conversion efficiency, and a robust double glass design. It is suitable for utility-scale PV power plants, commercial and industrial solar rooftops, high-albedo ground systems, agrivoltaic projects, fishery-solar projects, and single-axis or dual-axis tracker systems.
